How are we able to offer buyer cash back? – Its simple!

We created a business model, that eliminates one of our middlemen, and we then pass on his portion of the real estate commission to you, the buyer, in the form of a Buyer Rebate. This allows you, the buyer, to share up to half (½) of the buyer agent’s real estate commission.

In a typical resale home purchase, the buyer’s agent usually gets up to 2.5% of the total selling price. For a $500,000 purchase, the buyer’s agent can make up to $12,500. In this example our buyer cash back offered would be up to $6,250.

New home builders usually offer Realtors 1% to  2% in real estate buying commissions. The builder usually has a condition that we must introduce the buyer on their first visit. We offer cash rebates of up to 50% of any commission we receive, to qualified buyers.

  • Example:  EQ homes offers our agents 2% real estate commission for every buyer we register at any of their building centres.
